ViralAudit AI is a mobile application that provides AI-powered video analysis and feedback to help content creators improve their short-form video content. The service includes:

• Video retention analysis
• Hook effectiveness scoring
• AI-generated improvement suggestions
• Hook generation tools

3. Account Registration

To use our service, you must create an account using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

• ViralAudit AI offers subscription plans with different billing periods
• Payments are processed through Apple's App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policies

5. User Content

You retain ownership of videos you upload for analysis. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process your videos for the purpose of providing our service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the application
• Use the service for any unauthorized commercial purposes
• Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights

7. AI-Generated Content

Our AI provides suggestions and analysis based on algorithms. These are recommendations only and do not guarantee viral success. You are responsible for how you use AI-generated suggestions.

ViralAudit AI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
